I have to ask, can someone *PLEASE tell me where I can order needles and a syringe for self administering B12 injections?

I have recently moved to a very remote area, and -have had enough of Doctors nonsense. Spending hours on the phone to see if there is any doctor that can give me the quality form of B12 I already have, as opposed to the cheap synthetic Cyanocobalamin they would have me take.  And refusing to even give me a blood test until I get a full physical and pay them for it. -Am also already very deficient.I have been told by my doctor where I used to live I need to get these once a month.  I know, I do not absorb this properly.  -Have taken a lot of pharmaceuticals & smoked in my past, so I need these injections rather than pills.  (I would recommend to everyone to avoid Cyanocobalamin as it is synthetic and contains trace amounts of Cyanide.  I have taken it before, and I can definitely feel the difference.)

I already have the following B12 medication at my house
