Ive been on the high carb vegan for almost a year now but I have been relapsing back into my BED/Bulimic disorder. Is there any advice or any other hclf vegans out there with a similar experience?

hey -- yes, just making sure I get enough fruit in and making sure I don't let myself get too hungry without knowing I have a hclf vegan meal ahead.
can I ask what is making you relapse? emotions/weight gain?
