I noticed the riper my bananas are, the more energy I have.
So I put 3 mangos and 5 bananas in 1 smoothie and oh my gosh I felt like jumping off the walls lol
you DEFINITELY have to try this. maybe add coconut sugar in there as well :) or some dates
