So i made a recent blood test after 1.5 year on mostly raw vegan and my B12 is ok, in the middle of the average. So since i heard that your colon can naturally produce B12 but that on the other hand , the body can stock it. How can i know if my body produce it or if i am on my body stockage of B12 ?
In fact i don't want to take B12 if m'y body produce it because this could make him lazy and stop doing though....
Your advice ?
I guess i will have to make another blood test to know...
