I read it when It first came out. Unfortunately I didn't learn much and already knew most of the points made. The animal section was very touching/disturbing however. It is good for teens.
Skinny Bitch rocks!! I read it quiet a few years ago, well when it first came out.....and know quiet a few young girls here personally who went vegan after reading it.
