So I've just recently started trying to incorporate the HCRV lifestyle this week, and while I still need a lot of work...along the way I have discovered a smoothie recipe I love! Before, I would make a smoothie with well intentions, but it would take FOREVER to finish or I wouldn't finish at all, because I really didn't like the flavor. So I thought I'd share. It's a very simple recipe and I find myself wanting it more than once a day.
2 cups orange juice
1 cup of mixed berries (raspberry, blueberry, strawberry)
It's very simple and you can mix different things in there, and adjust the measurements to your liking. Feel free to share your favorites with me. (PS: not a big fan of veggies. So if the fruit counters it and makes it unnoticeable.....that's perfect)
