Try upping your calories and make sure you are food combining properly. Check the food combining chart. Aim for at least 1000 cal per meal to go for 3000 a day. If this doesn't get better in a week or 2 I would try mono eating bananas as they're easy to digest and and will heal your digestion with minimal energy spent by you :). I notice I get tired if I don't eat enough (under 3000 for me), and I hold more water and put on weight. The more I eat the slimmer I stay and I'm currently on 4000 at 5'9". Just see what works best for you and good luck :)
Actually I am in school full time and I just do mom stuff. I am usually pretty active but now I force myself just do simple every day things...was never much of a coffee drinker or soda I actually quit coffee for months green smoothies did that for me... I'm not really sure what's going on...I just hope it passes soon...
What do you do for work/school? Please share what your normal days are like. You could just be overworking yourself. Do you exercise? My energy kicks up when I exercise regularly.

Test your blood girl! How much water do you drink? I have the same problem but I improved a lot when I started to drink more water. Hope it helps!

B12 deficiency might be cause of tiredness.. test your blood.
When I quit coffee I slept 10-12 hours a day for a month before feeling normal. Could be the lack of stimulating foods.
Sleep is very healing, like medicine,so dream on.
