Glad you enjoyed Storietime, we had exactly the same problem trying to find easy-to-digest raw combo's so we got a little fed up and made our own up! It was a lot of fun, I made a yummy pate/sauce/dip recipe the other day of :
Avo
Beetroot
Red Capsicum
Grapefruit juice
Coriander/cilantro
opt-thai basil
Over peeled zuchinnis is magic or just as a dip for vegie peices.
Haha! I know how you feel when your fasting....I was teezing myself everyday with recipes and various foods, do u dream of the fresh foods u can eat when you break the fast? Have u broken the fast?
Hey Shelah, My friend and I made the ebook in early 2007, at this stage we included things like chilli, olives, mushrooms and a few other questionables. It was also called RawBalls instead of 30BaD. My friend misplaced the original draft so I am unable to make the changes I want to. Will be coming up with another recipe ebook as soon as possible :)
