just ate 52 khrawy (sp) dates. i think they are 20-30 calories each. thats about 1000? why am i still hungry?
i will be hungry after having 6 cups of rice too? 1200 calories? im not undereating i promise! i eat 2500 calories a day!!

More calories for sure! I am only 5' 2" but fairly active and need 3000 a day to feel vibrant and satisfied. If you are having trouble eating enough during one sitting. Try doubling your morning shake and packing half to go to sip on throughout the day. That's how I stay carbed up when life gets crazy.
i eat about 9 bananas daily, today i ate 3 though cause i had to eat up my dates
Try eating an avocado or some nuts, you body may need some fats.
Eat more! 2500 is not enough for you.
you are under eating, increase your intake until you feel satisfied. 2500 is the bare minimum for ladies, eat more if one wants to live an active passionate lifestyle!
i bikeride 30 min a day/every other day
my fulltime job is waitressing so i am running around on my feet 4-7 hours a day 4-5 days a week besides bikeriding daily/every other day for 30 min (very low impact)
