I've been trying to be a raw till 4 foodie for about 2 years now. The longest I ever went was 3 months. Then after that it was an average of 2-3 weeks at a time before I fell off to get back on.
My problem is intense stomach pains. I'm talking SEVERE. I had E.Coli. 2 years ago, and this is what those stomach pains feel like.
I know its from the raw food, but I need help! How do I make it go away. I've been a S.A.D. eater my entire life, and really wanna give it up.

Are you eating the fruit to quick and getting melon belly?
To answer your question adequately (give an opinion not saying I have THE answer), will need to ask you to provide answers to basic questions:
-What foods do you typically eat when on raw till 4?
-How much water do you drink per day? Are you consistent?
-Whats your exercise routine like?
-Has anything alleviated the symptoms?
-Have you tried a 100% raw diet?
-When do you eat? Do you track what you eat?
-Have you ever tried an "elimination style diet" to see what is causing it?
-Do you have the stomach pains on "non vegan foods" because I actually don't believe you if you are trying to tell me "all raw foods makes my stomach sick" but "all raw foods hurt my stomach". Not saying thats exactly what you're saying, but some clarity will go a long way.
If you can answer all that, might have more questions later too...as for now, not enough information sorry.
Can you share a sample menu, like may be 3 days worth of food?
