Why do oranges juice nutrition labels read as not containing vitamin a or calcium? Even cold pressed pinapple juices i see read the same way, high vitamin c but no vitamin a. I know that cant be right.

Good observation. Even the Florida orange juice site lists 15 mcg vitamin A in 8 oz. But my frozen concentrate lists vit A as 0 %.
A person needs to juice the oranges themselves to get top quality OJ. The best juice one can get at the supermarket is the frozen concentrate. None of the OJ in bottles or cartons is fresh. It is made from the frozen concentrate, degrading as it sits around.
