Timing of breakfast

Hi friends,

I like to work out first thing in the morning. But by the time I get my daughter off to school and work out it is usually 10 or 11 am. Is this too late for breakfast? What are your thoughts?

  • howdy :) well, as long as you get enough food in over the course of the day it should be fine. i recommend minimum 2200 and more optimal 2500 calories for the average female wanting to look, feel and perform at her best. if it was me i would have at least a banana earlier then rest of breakfast as soon as possible.
