So I'm traveling for a few days for a concert and I'm wondering what should I eat/bring along? Normally when I travel I eat a lot of rice but I've been grain free for a bit and it's helped with my digestion. xD But what should I eat or where should i go? I'll be in chicago!

Like Elizabeth, I just go to the grocery store. I bring my blender and staying raw is no problem. Quick, cheap, and easy.
i just go to the grocery store upon arriving to a place im traveling, and stock up on fruits and some veggies. then if i have to go out to restaurants like with my family we just find a place that has some salads(even if they have like meat or cheese or whatever) and then we ask if i can customize my own salad from the ingredients they have. hope this was helpful and have fun in chicago!
