Small sample size (330 people), vegans and vegetarians were put in the same group, the information in the intro seemed really strange, weird test results, VERY low p values, No control group, study based on what individuals said and not actual tests, so many things wrong. This so called test certainly does not support the makority of available scientific evidence stating that exercise is more important than diet, lower calories are better, meat builds strong bones, and so much more. Everything in this study was 100% anecdotal.
