Hi, my name is Christine I'm 24 years old and live in Australia.
I have spent most of my teenager/early 20 years yoyo dieting. It's gotten to the point where I've developed a binge eating disorder and the only way I stay slim is to heavily restrict and I'm never happy.
I came across this lifestyle on youtube watching random videos, and at first I thought that it was pretty crazy as I've only ever known meat and dairy products for meals. Growing up in a family that eats badly and never learnt about recipes or different products I just didn't know any better.
I wont lie, I've come here for selfish reasons to finally control my weight but after watching a lot of Freelee's videos I am seeing more and more benefits that help not just myself but the planet. I do my first vegan shop next week (taking the plunge) if there is any advice I would appreciate it.
Thanks :) Nice to meet you all

Awesome!
My best tip would be to learn to listen to your body... Of course it is a ever-going process of learning - i am still learning, and will continue to learn. Notice how you are feeling experientially - combine healthy eating with healthy everything else: Thinking, socializing, activity -You will be fine!
Also check out Sweet Natural Living, the youtube channel :D Great great great and good luck sister
Glad to join you girls! I'm going shopping tomorrow. Not many fruit choices where I'm located now (Romania) but soon I'll be in Greece and then Asia where I'll be close to more fruit and vegetable choices. Keep it up (all of us)!
Start with getting Freelee's new ebook.

A great place to start is to go through all the literature which are provided below, and many more throughout this website. And use cronometer to make sure you are truly eating 80/10/10 and hitting all the nutrients to thrive. The things you have done in the past will greatly effect your early results.
