Hey fruit people! So... I took aprox. 25 pills of vegan multivitamins for a month everyday and it contained close to 75 mcg of B12. I was wondering if that would stay in my body for a long time? And how often should I take it? I'd love if you'd give me some advices. Thank you. P.S. I'm fifteen and high carb low fat and sometimes I eat cooked food but always abundant fruit at the morning.

so you're taking a cyanocobalamin supplement...
the one form of b12 that you shouldn't take, the cheapest crap.
Depends how fast you want your metabolism. Bodybuilders and bikini competitors will stick with b12 shots to speed up metabolism a few months out from a comp.
We do shots. Cheap, safe and 100% effective.
don't know much about sublingual but as far as i've heard you need to take it daily or weekly, cause 90% will be peed out.. you only absorb miniscule amounts through that way.
