Peace and Blessings to everyone!I love being active throughout the day. However, sometimes I find it so hard to consume 2,500 - 3,000 calories a day of food everyday. Don't get me wrong Ienjoy eating my fruit and greens but sometimes I don't feel like eating. But I always enjoy exercise and working out.I know that each persons body is different and in many cases it dependson your own individual needs especially according to how active youare or aren't. However, I'm curious to know how much food/calories (and what these foods are) you consume a day and if this fluctuates does your weight change?Any information would be most appreciated.
