Hey guys! So it's the middle of winter here and I have been trying to think of ways to add in exercise and I have a bike but I just cant ride it in the winter. Where can I get one of those wheel rider things that you mount your bike to lock it in place and you can ride your bike in the house as a stationary bike? Does anyone know how much they cost? I feel that would be a better work out for me than the Treadmill what with my really bad knees (knock kneed, flat footed, patella alta both knees, and dislocated them 27 times, not to mention I've had 3 surgeries combined UFFDA!) Yea biking is better.

Hi Ashley,
Theses are called bike trainers and you can get these at any bike shop, sporting goods, amazon, eBay, etc.... Here are a couple links on the reviews of the current trainers. It's worth it to get a good one, and some can be a bit expensive. I have a Cycleops Fluid 2. I love it, but expensive.
