Right now due to my current situation (where i live, money, season) i have to eat alot of cooked food. Is it sustainable eating white rice for breakfast or can that lead to dehydration (even if i drink alot of water). It is only for the short term but i just want to see what you guy's take is on this?

No, seriously, I also eat daifuku (if gluten free and with low fat filling) without any digestional disturbances.
So maybe that's another item falling under the category "depends on the individual digestive system, health status and lifestyle"?
Been there, done that. No problem. I prefer to eat always fruit for breakfast, but if you can't, rice is good too.
Muesli with fresh fruit especially Bircher Muesli with fresh squeezed orange juice, much healthier than white rice and you can play wtih the fruit you add and it's cheep as it uses lots of apples and it's raw :-)

It depends what options you have and how healthy you want to be. If you have to eat rice, brown rice is better. Adding refined sugar will it more unhealthy
Does that mean you aren't going to eat fruit all day? cause if you do you should eat the fruit first, but if you're only going to eat cooked food all day, it's ok i think, but if you plan to eat things like potatoes that day too maybe you could eat them first, cause they're probably better for digestion.
Maybe boot up with a salad or something or juice if available?
@tricia li isn't that bad food combining? though i like to pour thai chili saus over my rice lately which contains cane sugar.
