I have a humanities project and i have to raise awareness for health i have to make an action, but how do i do it? do i make a survey? do i make a vegan day in the cafeteria at my school? WHAT DO I DO?? a lot of ppl are being very mean to me saying that no one will listen to a 13 year old that its a sensitive thing that u shouldn't get involved with that "I'm a vegan" PFF what??!?!? and thats I'm not "AS FIT" so i can't help others?? anyways i have to say me being vegan went VIRAL in school everyone knows I'm vegan now and they seem to be VERY interested i got solo many questions like:
WHAT DO U EAT??
ARE ALL VEGANS HOT?
WHY DID U DO THIS?
ARE U ANNOYED THAT WE ASK U ALOT?
i get random ppl giving me banana and dates and going around and asking me ALOT of stuff but my parents and close friends think I'm stupid and that I'm not able to make a change!

Here is a twelve year old who spoke to the United Nations!
you make me feel good about myself! :D
as for kids at school, they sound genuinely curious, answer them as honestly as you can, but you sertently don't have to tell them everything. I try not to make a big deal about what I eat, I usually don't join in on conversations about food. Let people eat what they want, and you eat what you want.
Get new friends. Seriously?
How can somebody who really likes you not stand behind you? And encourage you for what you do?
Okay, parents are maybe another topic but friends? If you have so many new ppl asking you questions who are interested in veganism, then become friends with them. Real friends don't tell you that you're stupid for saving animals or dietary choices.
All my friends are omnivores, they eat vegan or vegetarian when out with me and they say they are so proud of me and have a lot of respect for my choices tho they wouldn't go vegan but whatever - you can't change ppl that's not up to you. You can only educate them and hope that they'll see the world the same way as you do.
Just do your thing and encourage anyone in your school to change their lifestyle who is interested. Every meal counts, even if they have a vegan day only once a week it's one step forward.
