Not sure if the cronometer is really accurate as some of the items we have in the Uk are not on the cronometer

then that's an issue right there. By "items" you must mean something packaged, bottled, or canned with an ingredient list.
The best foods are those with single ingredients--a piece (or 30) of fresh ripe fruit, a head of lettuce, a plate of rice, bowl of potatoes, etc. Keeping things as simple as possible will help you to achieve top results, including your ideal body composition.

No, it won't help. I'd say that even walking would be better for weight loss than rebounding.
1 kg of bodyfat has bout 8000 cals i believe.
what r u eating??? processed, packaged stuff?
been using cronometer over a year (using bodymedia now) never had a problem.
i have a bellicon. best rebounder imo. doing 25 advanced bellicon workouts (check youtube) burns bout 200-250 cals.
running - (10km/h) burns the most fat though.
high intensity stuff rather burns carbs.
no idea about rebounding...supposed to b great for getting lymph moving though

Actually I dont eat anything bottled or canned........and Items can mean fruits and veg as well.
ah, my mistake then. What unique fresh items are you lucky enough to have over there that aren't common on Chronometer?
How much do you weigh?
Did you get on cronometer yet?
How much are you eating per day?
Its all one big program, so everything has to be done a certain way. No idea about the rebounding part.
