            <content type="html">&lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am a total newbie and just about to start transitioning into 80/10/10. I have read that following the diet takes a lot of organisational skills, preparation and planning. Before I even started I am already put off a little. I was wondering if you can share with me your typical day/week. How many times do you buy fruit, in what quantities, do you have to keep half of it in the fridge? What do you take to work for breakfast or lunch? How do you prepare for going away and holidays? Do you take fruit with you? And how do you know what is in season? What do you do if you buy fruit in bulk and its still on ripe but you are already hungry? (i can never find ripe fruit in normal shops)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thanks a lot for sharing!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content>

            <content type="html">&lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt; Hello Everyone!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am totally up for going for 100% for the next 100 days. I have been vegan for 10 days now and have done 5 days all raw and 5 days 95% raw. I am BRAND NEW to this lifestyle and want to give it my best shot!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Anyone else ready to give 100% for 100 days? We can support each other!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also, I want to set some intentions for the new year, and welcome you to do the same.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Here are mine.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;In 2012 I am abundant and able to give of myself and my resources often and this is super enriching for me&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In January 2011 I was6 months pregnant and in Egypt when all of the riots broke out and when the banks, internet cell phones and telephone lines were shut down country wide. My friends and family put the money together to get me out of there and I came to stay with a friend. When I left, I did not know if I would get to see my husband again. He was in life threatening situations many times and did get to eventually join me 3 weeks after our daughter was born (I birthed her alone in my room- it was magical.) We still live with our friend Amy but are now able to pay her rent. Amy, and so many of my friends gave of their resources to help us with diapers, bikes to ride, baby clothes and such. I am so grateful they were there for us. this past year I had to take a lot as I cam back to the us with little money and 7 months pregnant. In 2012 I want to give a lot! Joyfully and out of abundance!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;In 2012 I have the BEST health of by life thus far.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;In 2012 as I cleanse my body all the old fear, regret and stinkin' thinkin' is also cleared out and I consistently find my self in a healthy positive place.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;In 2012 I finish and publish the book that I have been saying I would write for over 10 years.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content>

            <title>100 day challenge/Fitness Challenge</title>

            <content type="html">&lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hello to everyone out there!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I  started a 100 day challenge starting today! I was 100% raw for 6months last year until my husband came home from Okinawa, Japan. He came home and guilt tripped me pretty bad about not cooking for him and not sitting down to eat with him(he'd be gone for 18months/Marine Corps.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now Hes gone again to Afghan and Im just completely sickened with myself at how I let it all go! So now Im back at it and I cant wait to get past the intial first stage! Last time I did a juice feast for 21 days so that really helped cravings and cleaned me out! I no longer have my juicer, I do make juice with my blender and nut milk bag, but that gets really old really fast!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have three months to prove to my husband that not only is this the healthiest lifestyle but I will be phycially superior to him when he comes home!  He is also doing his own challenge and has had a three month head start on me but says he takes about 60 pills a day(I really dont know if he's exaggerating or not!)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So I will be doing lfrv, Insanity and training for a 5k(Im in horrible shape!)  Is there anyone out there that has already started one or would like to start one? I would sure love the &quot;company&quot;!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Im inserting a picture of the results I got last year on this lifestyle and it only took three months to get there!
