            <title>21 Day Challenge Begins Whenever You're Ready!</title>

            <content type="html">&lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;I decided to start a group for people like me...maybe I'll be the only one. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I started the exercise program I put together before I had my children and did up until I was expecting my third.  I did my absolute best, lost weight quickly, built muscle and strength and overall was happier though I was still eating SAD.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Since I can't eat all the fruits that I'd love to eat and need to eat cooked (still vegan) so that I don't starve, I decided to finally get back to this routine and help me lose this weight that's been going up and down and up and down for the past 4 months!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Yesterday was my fifth day and I did the following:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;100 &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.30bananasaday.com/group/100squatsaday&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;&gt;Squats&lt;/a&gt;, holding baby (seems like she can't sleep unless I rock her with squats)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;30 Lunges&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;10 Push Ups (regular not girlie)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;30 Donkey Kicks&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;30 Leg Lifts&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dumbbell Rows&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;12 x 20 lbs&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;10 x 27.5 lbs&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;8 x 32.5 lbs&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;*a few random stretches&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I hope to continue, adding several more exercises until I can do them all in one day, like I used to do.  I'm also keeping my measurements and will note any loses.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If I must I'll do this alone, but I'm gonna work on making this a habit.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Everyone is welcome to join and post their own routines and accomplishments!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;All the best, &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bella&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content>
