I am running 5k every other day and sometimes only some sprints.This upcoming race offers a 4k and a 10k competition.Could anyone please give me advice wether I should go for the 4k or even the 10k.I take the race as training.Thank you for any help, I appreciate it!&lt;/div&gt;</content>
