I'm considering doing Banana Island; however, I am new to raw in that I mostly do cooked (vegan).
Being not a huge banana fan (want to be!), is doing banana smoothie concoctions ok?
(coconut water, flavoring)?
For those that have done Banana Island, I know people will sometimes do greens with the bananas... but, I've never heard of anyone doing the smoothie recipes on it. Please will you share your advice? I don't have a "favorite" fruit, per se. Is it not worth doing banana island if it's such that I'd have to do smoothie "recipes" as I mentioned above?
