I read that since the produce are washed after harvesting, the soil and B12 containing bacteria are removed as well. What if I go out into the woods in the national park near by and bring some soil home with me from a pristine area, which I later put into a container and I burry some vegetables in it for let's say 3 days to a week prior to consumption? Will the beneficial bacteria culture spread on to the surface of the produce, and if it does will it be neough? What do you think, is it a plausible concept? To know for sure I guess I must try it out and do a blood test after a couple of months.

Cheers,

Zoli

I even wondered if it could be posted to me from another country where you can get it over the counter? At the end of the day I would rather pay and possibly go back to normal than be disabled because they dont want to risk giving me any treatment.

Hi Everybody! I started on LFRV 2 weeks ago and now starting week 3. I have heard you should get a medical test to see what your nutrient levels are at the beginning. Can anyone tell me what I should be tested for besides b12 and what this test is called? I bought some B12 500 mcg sublingual supplements by Spring Valley. I started taking them today. Should I be if I don't know if I am deficient? Is this a good brand? Thoughts? I used to get b12 supplemented in my soy milk, but not drinking anymore.
