I've got a few questions I hope someone could help me with.
I've been thriving mostly on bananas, dates and green smoothies (bananas, dates, celey and some greens), just to get my ca. Ijust love bananas and dates. At dinner, awhile after my last bananas for the day, I had a salad or zucchinipasta or similar.
Latelly, I'm start to wondering if it's important to eat different fruits during the day?. Do I get all the nutrients on just bananas and dates?
I also have some difficults to eat less than 5 things at dinner and often it is 6 or 7, including the herbs. I usually use dried herbs like basil, oregano, thyme etc. Can't find any good dinner recipe with less than 5 things so I made my own.
I also add 1/4 avocado or 1/4 cup blended sesamesedds in my sauce or salad each day. Is it better if I eat fat/protein once or twice a week?
I also wonder about onions. I saw red onion is ok to eat. Why is red onion ok but not yellow?
And my last question;
I use a mix of ginger, cloves and optional alittle water as my toothpaste and because of that both mine and my daughters inflamed gums healed. I read at 30bad that ginger is wrong to eat and wonder if it's ok to use it in my a toothpaste?
Hope someone can shed some light to my musings.
