Definitely :) Okay, well injections are ten times more effective than supplements, because they bypass the absorption process. If you are taking b12 supplements but are continuing to feel weak, you MAY have an issue with absorption (as do I). However, this may not be the case. It MAY be due to simply under-eating. Trial and error will help! x

The body stores B12 up to around a year. You don't have to worry about that for a good while. B12 supplement is okay.
Your body may be going thru detox and making you feel this way; don't worry, once you get thru it, 2 or 3
days, you'll be even more energetic.
Find a good green drink to add to your smoothies...google 'amazing grass energy lemon lime'
You'll be fine!
You may just be stressed. This is a lifestyle that gets a lot of resistance from society.
I'd say up your calories a bit and spend more time on this forum and perhaps get to know some people who are on the same lifestyle.
b12 injections...I imagine those are costly?
I'm in the US, so will have to see what I can find in regards to b12 injections. I'm currently using a b12 supplement

Aim for 2100!+ Don't focus on the "calories in, calories out" theory.
It only applies when consuming foods that are undesirable to the human body.
Why do you think 99% of nutritionists and dieticians out there recommend 1600cal meal plans??
And definitely not. I got a pack of 20 for 13 dollars. Get them from your local chemist.
:)
1. Make sure you're eating enough (2100cal+) How many cals are you currently eating?
2. B12 injections.
:)
