Day12 LFRV

Started getting the sniffles yesterday.... have slept 32+ hours in the past 2 days. I feel a bit better - not done yet.This diet sure has a strong cleansing effect.Anyone else out there getting the cleansing symptoms??RD

Day6 LFRV

Am at Day6 (again).... I really wanna go for 100.. then perhaps 100 more.History (90% raw this past year - ate meat ~ 26 times)... sounds like a LOT of meat.. but I know I ate meat over 1000 times the year prior... so not 2 bad !Had quite the headach
