jitters

Pain

Hey,

How low fat?

Hi, I have been eating hclfv for a couple months now and on several days my percentage of fat in my diet has been down to 2 or 3 percent. My question is: How much fat does my body really need? I've heard that 2% of total calories is the bare minimum.
