I've been practicing 4 to 5 days and been eating mostly Persimmons, Cherries, Champagne Mangos, Melons, Grapes and an Avocado at night. Been practicing 5 and half years and feeling really good. I find when I eat less heavy fruits I am more flexible in the room. When the Detox gets too intense I just up my avocado intake.

(Today is day 134) and it becomes more and more difficult ot stay 100% raw. I am flying off very easily, yet staying focussed. (It really feels like leaving my body, being aware of what is happening) I want to keep on doing my job and would like to live normally :0) Do you have tips and tricks for me please?

www.bikramyoga365days.blogspot.com

And... opening the front side of the body was very emotional for me. Now my knees and ankles are starting to loosen up, as well as my shoulders. Some postures I can not do anymore. Too much pain in the knees. ("You can fight with the Gods but not with your knees " :0)- Bikram) I think this will pass, trusting the method :0) Any experiences on this one?? Like to read about it.

Kisses,

Marleen
