Bike BWI

Anyone up for a bike around BWI in MD one Saturday? If you haven't ridden there yet, they have excellent trails. It's just under 11 miles for the loop, has a few hills, and passes by some horse farms! I'm up for a few laps and/or add the B&A trail.

    Hi! I would love to join you. Thing is, I'm starting yoga teacher training next weekend and that will run every weekend (except 4th of July) till August. I hope to join you some other time. Would love to meet other biker fruit bats in the area. :)

      I wish you could join too! Is there another day that might work for you? 

      I'll still be biking past August, so if you can't meet up till then be sure to post around that time for another bike meet up!

      Hope you have fun!  I can't make it this weekend -- family in town, but do let me know if you go again.  What kind of bikes does everyone have?  I ride a hybrid, and I'm not that fast!

      I've got a heavy steel touring bike, and it's great! I got a rear rack for toting fruit picnics on sunny days. :)

      I'm not a huge fan of going fast, because crashes at high speed can lead to serious injury. I've known one too many people who've broken their back from a speedy crash. :(

      Fast is super fun but risky.

    Great!

    Maryland law is that under age 16 a helmet is required, but either way I think it's a good idea. I have an extra one if you want to borrow it.

    When would be a good Saturday for you? Next week - June 21?
