I am going to be starting a 30-day challenge from the 1st August, incorporating mostly raw, but sometimes cooked foods. Obviously high-carb, low-fat. Abiding by the &quot;Allowed Foods&quot; rules and eating as much raw as possible - in the form of fruit, of course!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you're interested in doing a 30-day challenge, and, like me, you don't have Facebook, I thought we could start a new one up here, following the Raw 'til 4 rules?? If there is another thread for this that is still going, please could someone direct me to it, as I couldn't find one.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;MAKE SURE YOU GO TO &lt;strong&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.cronometer.com/&quot;&gt;http://www.cronometer.com/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; to work out your calories, water, vitamins, minerals and general nutrients for the day!! Try to get as close to 80/10/10 as possible, but don't worry if some days your fat or protein are a little higher or lower. As long as it all balances out in the end, you're doing a great job.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Try to set out your &quot;diaries&quot; like this ((I'll leave this one here so that you can copy it down when you need to)):&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Breakfast -&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Lunch -&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dinner -&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Snacks/Other -&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Water ((KEEP HYDRATED!!)) -&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Movement ((Pump that lymph!!)) -&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Sleep ((how many hours??)) -&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Feelings ((optional)) -&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Total Calories &amp;amp; Calorie Breakdown: Carbs: ,Protein: , Fat: ((Show as C: P: F: or #/#/#)) - &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thanks everyone.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;↓↓ Let me know here, if you're interested!! ↓↓&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Jade C     :)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content>
