Hey! I'm new to this lifestyle and new to this group. I'm a classical singer and glad to be in touch with other musicians! I've been wondering recently how on earth I would bring food withme when I'm performing. Sometimes I'll be travelling on trains all day to go and sing and then come back. I find it hard to take fruity packed lunches with me to work, so how on earth I would take a whole day's worth of food with me somewhere I do not know! Has anyone picked up any tips and tricks over the years?

Thanks!
Abi

  • Hi there,

    Classical guitarist.
I find 3 x 1000kcal meals of pasta, rice and dates fit into three small lunchboxes. The dates are perfect for before performances cause they're really dense energy and digest easy, just be careful that they might leave you with a little phlegm right after eating them.
    Hope this helps

    • Hi, thanks for the ideas! I'll definitely bare that in mind! :)
