IF you have to live in Tacoma, the north end is the place to be. Access to the point difiance trail system, the puget sound, and a nice community of people are all reasons why I am staying put here. I rent a flat in a converted victorian house. It is perfect for my needs and has a back yard to grow veggies and I have planted a few fruit trees as well. The house has 4 units... my idea is to slowly(or quickly!) convert it to a 811 house! There is one unit available that is currently being renovated. It is a beautiful light filled unit great for a couple or more. It is a one bedroom but is very large and would serve two-four people great. If anyone is interested let me know. I believe rent is around $700, which is a very good price for the northend.

Let me know if your interested!
