This is an important time in a student's life to start really defining themselves as an individual, take care of their health, and explore amazing friendships. Being LFRV helps to build emotional poise through "DRAMA", will help you stay focused on your studies, allow you to recover quicker from sports activites, and get the good quality sleep you need. Don't forget HYDRATION! Especially for the athletes. If you aren't on a sports team, try something new and join a team or rec. club.

For those who question your eating ( even if they are not the nicest about asking) just wear a smile and respond by saying you feel better and have more energy when you eat this way. Just leave it at that. If the person has more questions ( like... where do you get your protien?...) just remember to be pleasant, and never condescending. If you can muster up enough support on your campus, try starting a Health Awareness Club! You can all bring in different books, do simple research presentations, or even just watch some youtube videos and discuss them.

Let your performance soar and set healthy habits! People will watch you and be inspired =)

1. Easy Breakfast Ideas

2. Sack lunch that won't make a scene

3.
