I should guess so. Any experience? I have a new boyfriend and I try to change his diet, and on the line I also hope this issue will be also improving. He is not fat, has maybe a couple of extra kilos, but eats very unhealthy. Not eating much but when he eats it's a disaster. The good news is he is willing to change so I will do my best.

Hi everybody, mostly women. I got a cobber-IUD up for over two years ago in 2012, and it gave me numbness in my vagina/clitoris. It hurt a lot when I got the IUD up, and I was nearly fainting afterwards. I got the IUD out after 3 months because of the numbness, but it didn't help with the numbness. I am still numb and have a low libido today. I can get orgasm, but it is not like before. I am very sad about it, because before the IUD I was very sexual and had a lot of sex drive and I enjoyed sex. Now I just feel that I am not fully alive. I have had tantra massage and yuni mapping, and the yuni mapping helped and released some tension. I have thought about, that I have some trauma after the pain of getting the IUD up, but now I am not so sure, because I have read about cobbler toxicity and low progesterone because of excess cobbler. I also got the HPV-vaccine in 2009/2010, which also is filled with cobber, and I stopped with the contraceptive pill before the IUD. So there has been a lot. After the HPV-vaccine I got breathing problems, and I had that in 4 years; now it is almost gone because of Raw Till 4. I also had tinnitus for 1,5 months (I think it is because of the vaccine and stress). I got acne after I stopped the contraceptive pill; I healed the acne with raw till 4. And now with the IUD I got numb in my vagina/clitoris, and after over 2 years I am still numb. So I have been through a lot, and I just want to be healthy now and have my sex drive and sexually feeling back. Do anybody have any advice and experience to share, please.

When I am with my partner, this does not happen. The times it does happen, occurrs when I achieve an orgasm by myself. I have tried to calm down by just resting for an hour or two afterward, but it's like I am fully turned awake in my energy! Obviously my nerve energy is spiked (? No scientific explanation from me here.) methinks. I have tried listening to slow, soothing music and taking a warm bath. Perhaps I should just wait hours before bed, but my partner, and of course, I, love the spontaneity when it comes to sexual relief. I want some more information about this and why it does not always happen. My stress levels throughout the day are always very unchanging and moderately low, so I have ruled this out.

Edit- I'd also like to throw in that my body is very multi-orgasmic and I can typically achieve 3 orgasms in the span of 5 minutes, to put things into perspective. Perhaps I am wearing myself out??

(I am not interested in Karezza or any other sexual practice where orgasm is not achieved. :) )

Thanks for reading!

No matter how relaxed and in the mood I am, I'm far far less lubricated than I used to be. (Only 21 years old!) Sometimes it is even painful for me as I seem to "dry out" in the middle of things. I was wondering how I could fix this, and what you all have to say about it/if anyone went through it as well. As for some history:

I've been HCLF for a solid 6 months now, but did NOT come from a typical SAD. (no junk food, cola or any of that, only meat product) In desperate situations I will sometimes have a cooked carb meal for dinner.

I came off of the birth control pill, 2.5 months ago, after taking it for only 2 months.

Could this be that I am still detoxing, and my lubrication will be back soon? Perhaps my thyroid is still figuring itself out by coming off of the pill? This issue has only occurred for 2 weeks now but it is pretty bad!

Any replies I am truly appreciative of, thanks in advance. :)

But just a hypothetical question: What would happen if I took birth control pills while on LFRV? And what would y'all suggest--just use condoms, specifically on days when I'm NOT fertile, and then just not have sex when ovulating/having period?

Then again, I've been having trouble detecting when I'm ovulating and when my period should start. This diet is so cleansing. Before LFRV, I would have my period towards the end/beginning of next month, but now that's not the case. So, if my period was original 5 days long, let's say with this diet, it has become 2 days. Even for that short period of time, am I still have my period after I bleed? Meaning, this lifestyle cleanses your body so you hardly bleed during your period right? So even when not bleeding, am I still having a period, and how can you tell?

Thanks!

Hi! I originally posted this as a blog, but was asked to move it to this group.

I'm in an unusual situation gender/sexuality wise, and could stand to kibbitz a bit.

The short answer is that I'm probably MtF transgender. Realizing this has been a slow process... it took me a long time to grow into a social identity, and before that, my mind had little concept of gender. I defaulted to male in childhood and through my teens, only starting to question that when I reached my twenties and learned, through the Internet and books about queer theory, about all the other possible identities available to me. Consequently, I've thought that I was some shade of trans for about ten years. I'm still exploring this, but the conclusion I've reached is that, yup, definitely not a guy. I feel too much discomfort in the role of a male.

Right now, my gender identity falls somewhere on the feminine side of androgyny. My (ideal) gender expression is hard femme, or punk femme. My orientation is demisexual/grey-asexual lesbian.

My relationship to my birth sex is mixed... some things about it really bother me, others are just 'meh'... and I don't know if I'll seek medical transition or not. All I know is that, so far, being a straight male who breaks gender norms hasn't worked for me. And being conventionally feminine isn't what I want, either. There are a lot of trans folk who identify with the gender binary, but I'm non-binary; if my sex was female, I would still be androgynous, maybe somewhat FtM.

So far, this blog is the best explanation of my gender identity I've found:

http://thefeminineneutrois.tumblr.com/

I wonder how many trans/non-cisgendered raw vegans there are? The one group there is seems to have been inactive for a long time.

Anyway... just thought I'd share. If anything's unclear, ask away, and I'll answer to the best of my abilities.

Maybe this is off 30bad topic, but my partner and I are part of this community and I would like to know what everyone else thinks. Him and I are currently separated because we cannot agree on a relationship lifestyle. I mean, I get it, if I were a man I would probably want to "spread my seed" as well...but I just can't relate. I love my partner, we have so much passion and chemistry, and it is a huge plus that we follow the same fruit lifestyle and are passionate about that. He says that he feels trapped. He more than suffices my sexual/emotional/intimate/romantic needs and I have no desire to be with other men. He says humans are not monogamous, and I even agree with that...but the thought of him with other women kills me. Our sex is AMAZING and we often tell each other it is the best sex we have ever had, and we sleep together 1-3 times a day...so I know he isn't lacking in that dept. He says he feels trapped because if he follows his desires then I will leave him, and he doesn't want that. What am I to do? I am not even that strict with it. Sometimes I feel secure enough in our relationship that I wouldn't mind if he made out with someone we both knew just for fun. But I can't see me being okay with him always on the hunt for ladies...which seems like what he wants. I don't understand where I play into all that for him. Anyway, this issue is driving a huge wedge between us and I have even tried to be open to the idea just for him...but honestly it's not really what I want. We are both currently reading the book Sex at Dawn, and while I agree with some of the things it says, it seems extremely male biased and I can't get past my jealousy and thinking some thing is wrong with me for feeling that way. So many people tell me that it is just because he is young (27) and that he will grow out of it and want to settle down...but is that true? Or do people just "settle down" because of social conditioning. Is my jealousy and not being able to fully relax and share myself with a man who has multiple partners part of my own social conditioning? Or is there some truth to that? He says that we are like the bonobos who just all have sex with each other all day. That doesn't feel safe to me! Him having sex with people and then exchanging fluids with me and risking the chance of infection, stds, etc...I feel like he doesn't take so many things into consideration. With all other areas of my life I have been able to recognize as something I was conditioned to do, or believe and then change it and live in truth. But this is one thing that is so hard for me. Any thoughts?

We all know that it takes a special effort to get sufficient calories from watery sweet fruits, etc. This diet changes your life and your lifestyle. The "original sin" of our previous habits will always be sleeping giants, haunting us to go back. A "stronger" will is needed to do this right, and thrive in this society. Yada yada yada. Most can. Okay done.

But remember that phrase "It's lonely at the top?". Well while I AM alone in most of what I eat and do other than sharing this lifestyle with my closest family (my mom), my best friend and assistant and clients (but that's business). That is not a problem since I never feel "lonely"... in fact I grew up with Socrates in my head reminding me "If you want to be wrong then follow the masses" and have always been comfortable and sure-footed in all social interactions with those less fortunate to be on my path of peace & purpose.

The problem arises when tempted to enter into sexual relationships. Now I have always felt that women were the most evolved and wonderful creatures- always the perfect compliment to any situation in life, which is why a man and a woman together is the most powerful force. And I have never had any difficulty accelerating any woman's journey to ultimate health and appreciation of her God given potential through sharing my diet and lifestyle. Sure it takes work but I know how to care-take. It gets old after a while, since Who wants to put so much time and effort into people.. sometimes you wish you could just get one "delivered" with the proper lifestyle already installed!" so save all the effort on the teacher's part- but that is another subject lol!)

What I am talking about HERE is the precious enjoyment of the "sensuality results" of this diet. I am sure most of you have noticed huge (ahem) improvements in not only your actual physical libido, but in your total body-and-mind-and-soul- erotic energy consciousness and appreciation ...this is the only way I can get away with describing it here and still call this a family show!. Put it this way: I have yet to find a woman (God bless them) with even half of my creative sensual erotic body-celebrating sexuality. I know this sounds terrible but where are the truly sexy women? I do not mean just the way they look! I mean the way they ACT. And communicate. I know I am going to get hate mail for this, and please do not get me wrong, I LOVE women. I never made an enemy with anyone I dated or was married to (once I was married yes when I was younger lol). In fact my ex wife and I still "saw each other" for a few years after the divorce since we were so used to our "sensual" time together and we just were not ready to be in another's "arms".... but I only say this to give you a little perspective (just a little... I will never reveal the FULL details lol)

But I will say this: Romance is not the problem. Getting them "interested" is not the problem. Maintaining a relationship, even when I eat this way, is not a problem. In fact it is only a good thing. But then, when the "emotions are disrobed" (*which is the most imporant and deliciously welcomed time of communication between two lovers* and INHO should be not only welcomed but celebrated fully), this is where most people fizzle out. And if I encourage them by stepping out of the moment and into "teaching mode" which I hate to do since it can ruins the moment of course....then their lack of sensuality even comes more to the surface... and it is not even that they "lack" anything but the "KUNDALINI" energy that this diet provides!!!!! (Paradox: the poor diets made their bodies unaware of how great they can feel and celebrate, so it is a vicious cycle....not even their own fault.. but why must we pay for their sins of missing the mark?)

Seriously, this lfrv diet has given me so much. I thought just being raw for a dozen years or vegan for 25 was a big change. THIS after a few years just literally catapulted my sensuality (that is the only way I can get away with saying this) of the charts. And like I said, not just actual body-part-centrically, but my whole attitude and experience and creativity and appreciation- yes-worship- of the body. Most women do not like their bodies. I have always striven to change this. But the entire sexual sensual experience it seems, for most, is "whir blur thank you sir". While I kwikie is okay, I do prefer to build it up and build it up and then when it is simmering ready to explode, the goal is to "harness and tease" the experience out bit by bit to truly celebrate the event so that both people can really enjoy it"frame by frame". Most cooked women seem to get embarrassed easily. I mean... unless they are younger and have more "silly confidence". But I much prefer an "older" partner in crime who is well preserved!!! There is no comparison. The ones in their twenties and thirties BETTER look and feel hot! I mean, geeeeeeezzzz! But then they have not seasoned their "mental emotional sensual loins" long enough to create any real substance in the bedroom.

So my question is this. With all this wonderful energy going around. With all the great health that you are cultivating and FEELING. With all the great feelings that you have. And all the healing on so many levels... Are you truly finding counterparts to share the most wonderful of all moments- the mental emotional physical personal sharing union of pleasure? Or just settling for "release"? I mean, my right set of filangies and my imagination is ten times better than most counterparts if all I want is release lol! I was just wondering if all this is worth it, since the healthier and more aware I become, and the higher I climb on this fantastic lfrv mountain, the less prospects are around to truly enjoy the cream of the cream with. I don't know about you guys and gals but I would rather go without than to have anything but what compliments my own sensuality and desire to celebrate...

Life is too short to be with any people who are not as full of life (Again, this is the only way I can describe it on this family channel) Do you find cooked majority people just too boring to even consider being with for anything but the most mundane tasks? And do you find sex boring with these people? I met a woman a while ago who said she was raw. Lfrv in fact! But I was fooled again! (The body and breath odor gave it away tsk tsk..ewwwww.. I should neve doubt my olfactory sense but I just feel sorry for these people...) Her intentions for health were all messed up. I find that many people (not those here on BAD!) love to wear the raw or lfrv badge in order to seem "enlightened" or something. But as you know, the proof is in the pudding! One cannot fake super sensual health and communication. It just cannot be done. There is nothing like a genuine article.

As DH Lawrence described, most men and women live by "social scripts". That they can live together- be married - for 20, 30, or more years- and still be strangers in the most intimate ways is not uncommon. THIS has haunted me since I read Lady Chatterly's Lover when I was 12. Madame Butterfly gets that point across minus the eroticism. But my point here is that we all know how distant most couples become. I never let that happen. If it happened after 2 years then that was time to break up. If it happened after 15, like in my marriage, then that was the time to break off. It was always mutual. But now, after getting so "ridiculously healthy" after so many years, and life has never been more wonderful on all levels... the only question I have is... where are the others at the top? And are you bored to tears with the majority? Or do others view you "in your glory" similar to the guitar-weilding character in that scene in Back To The Future when Michale J fox blew the audience away when he got caught up in the celebration of ahead-of-its-time guitar jamming? Heck even the musicians could not keep up. I've experienced this for years. It is as if I have to "tone" down and lower my standards of enjoyment... but is not that the antithesis of life? Of course it is.

:)

Tags: Lfrv, bored, cooked, love, people, raw, relationships, vegan, with

<a class="xg_sprite xg_sprite-share" however, I don't find sexual encounters in any form... interesting. Perhaps it is as you said, that it becomes almost boring when you have elevated all standards of your own life to such an extent. Truth be told, I would prefer a good back massage, it doesn't even have to be that decent!, to any form of coupling in that sense (for physical satiation). To me it almost seems as if each participant is trying to push reality away by creating a fantasy world where the actions in process are something more than they really are. At its core sex is for procreational purposes and I can't seem to find a reason to engage otherwise at this point (and since I have no desire for children, I don't). I find long walks in the woods, sharing a book, sitting by a fire or even enjoying a fruity meal with a companion more intimiate than sex regardless of whether it is with a male or female. I'm young yet and have much more experience coming my way- perhaps my outlook will change along this journey.

Nevertheless, joy, love and health your way Chris. :)

<a class="fn url" Sex, however, can be pleasurable. Not to offend, but it sounds as though you are not "letting go" during sex. You mention that opening up to your emotions is one of the key parts of sex, which is true. But it's also about loving your lover and accepting them (and yourself) exactly as you both are. Sharing the most intimate parts of yourself with one another without any kind of expectation. It's a great spiritual, physical, and emotional release (and I'm not just talking about the end result, but the entire process).

It sounds to me as though you are not letting these women into your life. I know a number of women who are not just physically attractive, but also very deep, very spiritual, very connected, and vibrant, regardless of their diet. That's why we're friends and acquaintances- I'm drawn to their vibrancy, energy, and love of life. Personally, when sex isn't pleasurable for me, it's because of something I'M dealing with, and not because of my partner. My thoughts are somewhere else, I'm stressed out, I'm disconnected from Source, etc.

Hope this helps! Much love and luck, my friend!
