I used to use the famous orange-tubed cream to warm-up, but I don't want to use it in the future, as it has some very bad ingredients. What do you think would be the best idea? Probably something made of herbs, but I don't know what should I search for. I've also been thinking about that I would mix up a simple cream with chili oil. Do you think it would work?&lt;/div&gt;</content>
