London Marathon your goals

I am very inspired by the achievements and goals achieved by Everyone that ran the marathon today, I saw a few people with BOSTON tee shirts on.  Everyone will be feeling elated and so proud of themselves for achieving this.  

I was wondering if any 30 bad members were running this today.  My next race (when i am fit) I would like to wear a 30 bad tee shirt to raise awareness.  Where can I get one.  

Being inspired by other peoples achievements what are your goals and what steps even little ones do you plan......

    I took part in the marathon yesterday.  It was a good day.  I was very disappointed with my time though (5:35) but not to worry, I shall have to do another one to improve it!!

    It is interesting that you mention wearing a 30Bad T sheet or something similar because I was thinking, along similar lines both yesterday, and on the last marathon I did in Liverpool. There are so many charities etc for  health related causes but I never saw one that was actually promoting good health in order to help prevent the bad health.

    So, there is definitely an opening there for some awareness raising!

  • I just started training for my first marathon today! Week one of 18 week plan! :) I want a t shirt too! I will be running a trail half marathon this June! I wanna sport a t that shows I am fueled by fruit and carbs !
  • I've just completed my first sprint distance triathlon (in month 3 fully HCRV). Great North Swim coming up for me next (2miles in Lake Windermere) then Windermere Olympic Distance Triathlon in July :)
