I've put selenium to a minimum of 17,0µg and zinc to 4,3mg. I think that you will also need far less calcuim an sodium. Does anybody know about Vitamin E?
(About vitamin D: it's normal to get it from sunlight not from food. You'll need uvb light on your skin (without sunscreen) - if you live too far from the equator (I think obove the 49th parallel north) this can be a problem in winter.)
