Hi Everyone! I am still searching for a delicious recipe that coincides with the 8/1/1 guidelines!
I have been experimenting but have yet to find something that makes my mouth water.
Does anyone have a recipe like this that they can share with me?
THANK YOU! :D

Sun dried tomatoes are great to add to some celery and a tomato for dressing.....some times I grab a little of whats in the salad and blend with some lime, handful of sprouted sesame seeds... mango is a great add to make a sweet and tart dressing as well, once you start combing a few items you will get a real taste for what you like
Gosh to me it's easy! All I do is make a humongous salad with 1/2 lb of greens and some other vegies. I have the other 1/2 lb of greens earlier in the day in my quart or 2 of green smoothies. The only fat addition to the day is in my dinner salad or meal and I normally sprinkle some hemp or other type of seeds on the salad or maybe 1/4 of a small avocado. Then I ask myself what do I want on top of this beautiful bounty of goodness. I choose something like tomatoe, maybe mango and make some orange juice up and spread it over the top. YUMMM
Hi,
We don't support the use of condiments or oils here at 30BaD.

So, no dressings made with olive oil or vinegar.
Lots of dressings can be made from blending combinations of fruits and/or celery.
For dressings with overt fats you can blend nuts and seeds or nut/seed butters with tomato, cucumber, orange juice, etc.
Here are a few combos: Orange Juice and Tahini
Macadamia Nuts and Pineapple
Tahini and Tomatoes
Pistachios and Cucumber
Bon Appetit!
Sultana
Mangos blended with dill, basil, lemon juice and dates. Delicious!
sounds yum too! Thanks! J x
My favourite dressing is blended grapes poured over a green salad and marinated for at least half an hour. Sweet and savory if you use some chopped herbs in the salad, like dill, cilantro.
Thank you! Sounds Delish! I will be sure to try it!:)
Thanks for this post and replies I will also check out these ideas.. At the moment I just use blended mango and that's pretty good but need others too :) J

Also, if you subscribe to his daily updates and news letters, he and his wife offer many many recipes for other salad dressings.
