Hi,
I don't use to post pics of myself, but today I decided to do so, because like this we can prove (long and short distance) this lifestyle works.
Also by doing so, we help others to stay on the wagon, like it happened to me (and its still happening).
I want to clarify, this ain't just about healthy-physical-good looking results. Its also about mindfulness, clarity, spiritual and energy improvements.
So, this are pics on my 11th month as vegan, 9th as raw vegan and 2nd following 811.
Hope it helps,
best regards!

Woah man! Looking good.
Could you share more of your background/training/eating habits?
Thanks men!
Well, first of all, I've been practicing sports all my life, therefore, its kind of easy to maintain, or be consistent, in the daily training. I think this is key.
I was playing football for 10 years, in between I played hokey, basketball and swimming. Then I started to do boxing and running. After this, I started doing bodybuilding.
Now. I come from a place where bodybuilders are everywhere. So I wanted to be big also.
6 years ago I weighted 90kg. I was inside the mediterranean diet eating all kind of foods. At that time I wasn't doing aerobic trainings but lifting very heavy weight.
Then I moved from my city, and that idea of being as big as possible went out of my head.
So, about a year ago I "discovered" the vegetarian lifestyle. At this time I was weighting 80kg and I was already doing aerobics together with the gym trainings and rarely bodyweight trainings.
10 months ago I became raw vegan and since then, I've lost 5 kg, although the chest and hips measurements are the same. I've lost mainly waist and legs. But also all the liquids and fats all around the body has decreased.
My eating habits now its to eat as simple as possible HighCarb and mainly high sugar and high watery fruits. I do eat huge salads, but just 3 to 4 days a week. I'm getting around 3.000kcal per day, which I know its not enough for the exercise I'm doing now, but economically I can't afford more than that. Im looking forward to finish my first marathon by the end of August and Im doing 45 to 60 min of bodyweight training once every other day.
And that's all, CONSISTENCY, DIET, BEST RECOVERY, MENTAL ACTIVITY, HARD TRAINING, and TIME.
Bodybuilders who are in great shape says that in this lifestyle "you need to suffer, to get small results". Honestly, I think there is some truth but suffering depends on the way you think. To me, having a healthy raw vegan lifestyle (9\1\1) its everything but not suffering. It's completely the other way. I enjoy everything so much, that I just can't think in other lifestyle. I definitely believe in fruits as our optimum fuel for body and mind.
Training, yes, results does not come by doing 1 push up and rest for 5 min : ) But I won't call it suffering. When I train, I love the way I feel my body by exhausting it. Why would I do 10 reps if I can do 12...
Hope this helps in somehow.
Bring the carbs UP!!
Cheers and have a great day!
(Sorry by replying late)
Thanks for the reply!
I plan on starting bodyweight, do you split your trainings into muscle groups or do full body every workout?
I focus in certain muscles on every workout. Im doing a 45\60 min per workout. Abs and legs apart.
Would you like to get bigger or get ripped?
Sorry for the late reply! College is driving me insane
Hmm, I want to get lean, with good cardio conditioning. As I'm overweight right now and I don't have that much muscles, I think bigger or ripped don't suit myself right now.
I definitelty want to get stronger and get deeper on advanced calisthenic stuff (planks, handstands, etc)
