I was laying in bed half awake at 4:30 AM this morning and had the thought that there had to be a way to conquer my rheumatoid arthritis when a powerful image of a banana flashed in my mind with the though that I should eat only fresh organic bananas from now on. I thought this was probably some crazy thing that randomly flashed in my mind but I was curious enough to get up and Google it and now here I am.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are...
The Autobiography of a Yogi is my favorite book. I like many types of movies. Amazon's Under the dome, Ancient Aliens, Louie, and Hulu's Quick Draw are some examples. Working out at the gym is one of my favorite pastimes. I would like to do more but my body hurts too much. Hopefully my body will heal with this diet.
