Hello, I'm a 24-year-old vegetarian who has dabbled in veganism, however my love for travelling and lack of support in maintaining even just plain vegetarianism has made it hard to transition to veganism. I have always been a lover of healthy food, however my lifestyle lately has shifted to include a lot of early mornings, late nights and this has resulted in a lot of takeaway / fast food that has left me feeling extremely sluggish. I'm a small girl, 5'4 and 105 lbs, but my poor diet and consistent tiredness is starting to get to me and I am yearning for the glow that I believe a HCRV diet will give me.
