I want to change my lifestyle to HCRV. I have allergic asthma, I am also overweight. I've lost 25 lbs since last April. I started to eat a lot of fruit, I almost stopped eating meat (reduced it to minimum) but I am still in transition. My husband a meat and potato man so I cook for him every day.

You are very welcome! :)
Hi,
Welcome aboard! :)
You can check out the Banana Welcome Wagon at:
http://www.30bananasaday.com/profiles/blogs/30bad-banana-wagon-tour
To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
Enjoy!
