I found Freelee's videos about 6 weeks into my vegan journey(and DurianRiders soon after,) I was looking for some guidance and nutritional information on becoming raw- and quickly became convinced that HCRV or RT4 is going to be the way I head, I'm looking to find out a bit more about other peoples experiences and potentially document my own,

I work in a venue so gigs are kind of a daily occurrence for me and I really really love it! I also enjoy going to the cinema, reading fantasy or horror genre books and being outside!

Looking to find out about other peoples experiences particularly if they went straight to 2500-3000cals a day or if they had to build up, been talking to my local fruit market stallholders about buying in bulk and trying to really suss out how to plan for the transitional period!
