I am a 30 year old male from Northeast United States. I am a full-time single-Dad of my beautiful 2 year old boy and I have been vegan since 2009. I was low fat, high carb raw for the first two and a half years of my veganism and I now follow a program similar to RT4 veganism. I am dedicated the my health and to the wellbeing and rights of the animals and I flipping love to eat fruits. I enjoy fitness by lifting weights, running, snowboarding and skateboarding. I was a member on 30bad long ago and would like to become part of the community again.
