Sorry it took so long to reply. I went to CR and stayed at Finca Salverde. Scott Elliot is the owner and is truly a great guy. Has plenty of bananas he can feed you with and can teach you about permaculture. You can find him on helpx.net or do a simple search for finca salverde on google.
