Hi guys, been reading your site since Nov 2011 avidly. I've been vegetarian for almost 12 years and vegan for about 5. I've been working in natural health for over 10 years in a retail supplement setting with a focus on internal cleansing and for about the last 2 with a naturopath who detoxes with custom herbal and homeopathic formulas. I've been very concerned with diet and how it connects with the world around us, having read John Robbins, Colin Campbell, Jethro Kloss, Andreas Moritz and others. I have seen a huge amount of information connecting diet with our health and the health of the world around us. After having perused the site and having read 80/10/10 by Dr Graham, more of the big picture looks so obvious and stable. What you are doing here validates and demonstrates the wisdom that I have come across in health, both on an individual basis and a world basis. I have been working towards a 100% hclfrv diet for about the last 2 months and am feeling rather good. I have been eating nothing but fruit and water for the first portion of the day with about half my dinners being cooked still until I work that out. I have been what I call an 'isolated vegan extremist' for several years and am just now finding my community online and here locally. Vegan stuff is popping up much more commonly here in Columbus Ohio in the last short while. Pam Popper who was featured in the movie Forks Over Knives is here in town with her organization The Wellness Forum. She does dinners with Caldwell Esselstyn and T. Colin Campbell and promotes oil-free vegetarian cooking. We also have more veg-friendly restaurants all over the city. That being said, the vegan movement is changing the world for the better in nearly every way. Going one step further on both an individual and world level seems to be HCRV. This is a lifestyle that is clean, nutrient-dense, sustainable, and more-ecofriendly; Filling compost bins rather than landfills. This also appears to be the lifestyle that provides peak physical health and performance. I am invested in being part of this community.

The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?

I don't believe that I need any immediate assistance, though I'm sure I will have some questions as I move forward in my HCRV journey. I have been following a lot of the forum articles and been wanting to post on some. I kept postponing becoming a member like the procrastinator that I 'was'. Life is calling and I think here is life. Btw Thanks Durianrider and Freelee, I think I've watched all of your videos and am completely appreciative and respectful of what you've done.
