    bueno, escuche por primera vez del veganismo crudo de dan the liferegenerator, cuando yo estaba en New York estudiando.. tuve la suerte que tenia un restaurante crudivegano a la vuelta de la esquina de donde yo vivia y me encanto. eso fue hace dos años. el primer año hacia bastantes jugos verdes y comia alto en grasa (nueces, aguacate, semillas, aceites) pero desde hace mas o menos un año que soy frutariano (o LFRV).. ha sido lo maximo! el nivel de fitness y claridad mental que trae el estilo de vida es incomparable. por eso mismo que dices de falta de informacion en los paises latinoamericanos es que quiero hacer lo de la pagina web en español =) espero que estés bien!

    Hola Karla! Sí, mi primer idioma es español porque nací en Panamá =)
